A Non Refundable deposit of 50% is due upon booking. Deposits do go towards your appointment & you'll pay the remaining balance after your service via zelle or cash. Hi I am Khiara, thank you for seeking interest in booking with Pulchritude Poise Esthetics Spa! Below are a few things we should go over before booking so that your experience is one of a kind. SALON POLICY No extra people (No friends, spouse, children, etc.) unless they are being serviced. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled NO MASK, NO ENTRY. NO EXCEPTIONS! LATE / CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY: All appointments have a 10 minute Grace period any minute later will result in a $15 late fee. After 12 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file EX. If your appointment is at 10:30am you have until 10:40am to arrive. At 10:40am the $15 late fee will be added to your total, and at 10:42am your appointment will be cancelled & you will need to rebook. Please understand that this policy is to assure that every client enjoys their experience & no one gets started behind schedule. If you must cancel please do so 24 Hours before your appointment. Anytime you cancel your appointment you are forfeiting your deposit and a new one is required when you reschedule. I do understand that things do happen, but please communicate when you will be late, need to cancel or reschedule! *If you reschedule within 24 hours or are a no-show you will be charged the remaining 50% of your balance.
